Music for me is a healing experience. I am a Reiki Master and Practioner and creating music is part of my healing path. I have recently picked up the guitar and began writing my own songs. "Spirit Came" tells a story about living life without any dreams or a sense of wonder and then one day, suddenly coming to that realization. It is a story about awakening to the limitless possibilities of change, finding true love, and letting go of the past.
